Ascard 75 contains enteric-coated Acetylsalicylic Acid (Aspirin) 75mg, an antiplatelet agent used to prevent blood clots. It helps reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular events, particularly in patients with a history of such conditions.
How It Works:
Aspirin works by inhibiting platelet aggregation, preventing blood cells from clumping together to form clots that could block blood vessels. The enteric coating ensures the tablet passes through the stomach before dissolving, reducing the risk of gastric irritation.
